Durability

These balls are not made of the hard plastic found in a standard wiffle ball which will crack and break over time.  These are made with extremely durable and flexible thick PVC which is the same material of our heavy hitting balls.

Hitting Drills

The small ball drill is excellent for eye hand coordination.  We suggest using a 1″ diameter bat with these small balls to develop better sweet spot hitting.  You can then progress into using your normal game bat.

Minimal Area Needed

Since these balls are made from a heavier and more durable material, the flight distance is less.  Also, when pitching in a windy area, they are less likely to curve or fly off course making them better in practice conditions.

Strength & Conditioning

The bottom line is that you need to develop a well-rounded, comprehensive program that encourages hard work and progressive overload of the musculature. You are helping your athletes reap the benefits of a strength training program for young athletes.

Hitting and Pitching

Being able to do your hitting and pitching drills away from the field and on your own will greatly increase your athletic achievements.  Working with a partner also helps with rest time in between drills.
